Every Purchase, Considered with Care

Each order is thoughtfully inspected before it leaves our hands. As every piece is curated or created with intention, should you have any questions about sizing, materials, or a particular piece, we are always here to help before you decide.

 

Exchanges

We offer a one-time size exchange for items that do not meet your sizing expectations. To qualify, the item must be unworn and in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. Exchange requests must be made within 10 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are subject to availability — should your requested size not be available, we will be in touch to discuss alternatives.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. Upon receiving the returned item, it will undergo an inspection. If it meets our conditions, we will process the exchange and dispatch the new size to you at our cost.

Please note that sale and discounted items are final sale and are not eligible for exchange. Certain items may also be ineligible due to hygiene considerations — where applicable, this will be clearly indicated on the product page.

 

Returns

If you wish to return an item, please reach out to us within 10 days of receiving your order and we will assess your request personally. Items must be unworn, with all original tags and packaging intact. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Upon receiving the returned item, it will undergo an inspection. If it meets our conditions, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Sale and discounted items are final sale and are not eligible for return.

 

Defective Items

On the rare occasion that an item arrives with a defect, please contact us promptly with a photo and description within 10 days of delivery. Where a defect is confirmed, we will replace the item at no cost to you. Should the same piece be unavailable, we will suggest a suitable alternative — or, if none can be found, a full refund will be arranged. Return shipping for defective items will be covered by Paw Princess.

We stand by every piece that carries the Paw Princess name.

Orders are processed on working days, Monday to Friday, excluding Singapore public holidays. Shipping within Singapore is complimentary on every order. For international orders, flat-rate shipping fees apply based on destination, with complimentary delivery available above spend thresholds — details are shown at checkout.

A tracking confirmation will be sent to you once your order is on its way. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary during peak seasons or due to customs clearance.

Duties & Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. All items are declared at their full purchase value in accordance with international trade regulations.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

In the rare event that your order is delayed or does not arrive as expected, please contact us and we will do our best to assist. Each situation will be handled with care and assessed individually.
