Where do you ship to?

We ship to Singapore and internationally. Wherever your beloved companion is, we will do our best to reach you. For specific international destinations, please get in touch and we will confirm availability for your location.

What delivery options are available?

We offer both standard and express delivery, so you may choose what suits you best. Standard delivery ensures your order arrives carefully and on time. Express delivery is available for those moments when you simply cannot wait — and we understand entirely.

How will I know when my order has been dispatched?

Common questions about the purchasing process

What is your exchange policy?

We want every piece you bring home from Paw Princess to be exactly right. If for any reason the sizing is not quite right, we offer a one-time size exchange under the conditions below. Please read carefully so we can look after you as smoothly as possible.

All exchange requests must be made within 10 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, with all tags intact and in their original packaging. We ask that you contact us before sending anything back.

How do I request an exchange?

We understand that sizing can be tricky, particularly for our four-legged clients. If a piece is not quite the right fit, here is how to proceed:

1. Write to us.
Email us at wardrobe@paw-princess.com within 10 days of delivery. Please include your order number and the size you need.

2. Return the piece.
Once we confirm your exchange, return the item to us in its original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact. Please use a trackable shipping method — return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

3. We dispatch the new size.
Once we receive and inspect the returned piece, we will ship the exchanged item to you. We cover the shipping cost of the outgoing exchange.

Exchanges are subject to availability. If your requested size is not available, we will be in touch to discuss alternatives.

What condition must items be in for an exchange?

All items must be returned unworn, with tags intact and in their original packaging. We ask that pieces be returned in the same condition they were received — so that they may find the right home they deserve. Items that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for exchange.

Are sale or discounted items eligible for exchange?

Sale and discounted items are final sale and are not eligible for exchange. If you are unsure about sizing before purchasing a sale piece, we are always happy to advise — simply reach out before you order and we will do our best to guide you.

Are there items that cannot be exchanged?

Certain items may be ineligible for exchange due to hygiene considerations — for example, items that come into direct contact with the skin. Any such exceptions will be clearly indicated on the relevant product page. Sale items are also final sale and cannot be exchanged.

What if my piece arrives defective or damaged?

We take great care in ensuring every piece leaves us in perfect condition. However, should your item arrive defective or damaged, we will make it right. Please write to us at wardrobe@paw-princess.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photographs of the defect — we will arrange a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you. Return shipping for defective items will be covered by Paw Princess.

Who covers return shipping if my original order had free shipping?

Free shipping applies to the original delivery only. Should you wish to exchange a piece, the cost of returning the item to us remains the customer's responsibility — regardless of whether your original order qualified for free shipping. For approved exchanges, we continue to cover the cost of shipping the new piece back to you.

Who covers the cost of return shipping?

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your piece — we are unable to process exchanges for items that do not reach us. For approved exchanges, we cover the cost of shipping the new piece back to you.

Is my payment information safe?

Entirely. Every transaction placed on the Paw Princess store is processed through Shopify's encrypted payment infrastructure, which meets the highest standards of card security required by the industry. We never store your card details ourselves — nor would we. Your trust, like everything else here, is something we take seriously.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major cards — Visa, Mastercard, American Express — as well as PayPal. At checkout, you will see the full range of options available for your region. If you encounter any difficulty, please do not hesitate to write to us.

How do you select the pieces in your collection?

Every piece that enters the Paw Princess collection has been personally reviewed against a single standard: worthy of the companion who will wear it. We do not carry everything a brand launches for the season. We carry what we would choose ourselves — for elegance, comfort, quality, and quiet beauty.

What is the difference between Curated, Designed, and Original pieces?

Curated by Paw Princess— pieces from the world's finest petwear brands, personally selected and carried under their own name. Our value is our eye and our filter.

Designed for Paw Princess— pieces sourced or commissioned to our creative direction, carried under the Paw Princess label.

A Paw Princess Original— pieces conceived and designed entirely by us, made exclusively for this collection. Found nowhere else.

Do you cater for male dogs?

Absolutely. Princess is not a name here — it is a standard. Every pet, regardless of who they are, deserves to be dressed with care and elegance. Our collection for male dogs can be found underThe Princes in The Wardrobe.

What if I am interested in a piece that is not currently in stock?

Simply select Reserve this Piece on the product page and leave us your details. No payment is taken — we will personally check availability with our suppliers and be in touch as soon as we have news for you. We handle every reservation individually, because we believe you deserve nothing less.

Do you cater for cats?

Absolutely. While Paw Princess began with two dogs at heart, many of our pieces translate beautifully to cats — as long as the sizing is right. We recommend consulting the size guide on each product page to find the perfect fit for your feline companion.

Accessories such as corsages are particularly well-suited to cats, adding a touch of elegance without the fuss of a full outfit. Because every pet, whatever their species, deserves to be dressed with care.

How do I find the right size for my pet?

Each product page includes a size guide specific to that piece. We recommend measuring your pet before purchasing, as sizing can vary between brands and styles. If you are unsure, we are happy to advise — simply reach out and we will guide you personally.

I cannot add a piece to my bag. What does this mean?

If a piece cannot be added to your bag, it is not currently available. You are welcome to select Reserve this Piece to register your interest — we will check availability personally and be in touch as soon as we have news. Alternatively, add it to your Wishlist and we will notify you if it becomes available again.

The pieces you choose deserve to be kept well. Here is how.

Where can I find the care instructions for my piece?

Where provided, care instructions are included with each piece — we recommend keeping them close, as different fabrics and finishes ask for different levels of care. If your piece did not come with instructions, or if you have questions about caring for a particular item, we are always happy to help personally.

Can I machine wash my pet's clothing?

We recommend hand washing most pieces in cool water with a gentle detergent, unless the care label states otherwise. Machine washing, even on a delicate cycle, can cause fine fabrics to lose their shape or sheen over time. When in doubt, hand wash — it is always the kinder option for a beautiful piece.

How should I store my pet's wardrobe?

Store pieces flat or lightly folded in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. For structured or embellished items, we recommend storing them separately to avoid snagging. Pieces with delicate fabrics may be wrapped in tissue to help them keep their form between wears.

What should I do if a piece is damaged?

Please reach out to us at wardrobe@paw-princess.com with your order details and a description of the damage. We will look into it personally and advise on the best course of action. A piece from Paw Princess should bring lasting joy — and we will always do our best to ensure it does.
